Farm Fun

Step Into "The Farmyard"

The Farmyard will open for the 2010 season on September 11. We plan to open our store on September 1.

Farmyard Pass is your ticket to all of the following:

  • weekend hayrides around the farm
  • Jumping Pillow
  • corn pool
  • corn maze (Our corn maze will also be open into the evening on October 17 and 31.)
  • hay maze
  • rubber duck races
  • apple sling shot (weekends only, set hours; must purchase apples to launch)
  • one-room schoolhouse and time tunnel
  • Three Little Pigs houses
  • farm animals
  • elk
  • pedal tractors
  • antique tractor display
  • "rope-a-steer"
  • Molly Moo, our life-size milking cow
  • goat walk
  • toddler train (weekends only, set hours)
  • kids' corral (Coming in 2010!) - enclosed area for children to play while parents eat
  • super slide (more slides to come in future years!)
  • weekend apple picking in the West Orchard (purchase price of bag/apples not included in Farmyard Pass)*

*Please note:  Apples are not included in the price of admission. To pick apples in the West Orchard on weekends you will need a Farmyard Pass. (This is for Saturdays and Sundays only.) This is because of its location relative to the rest of our farm. You are more than welcome to pick in the West Orchard during the week without a Farmyard Pass. For the Front Orchard (the one that surrounds the entrance) there is no admission charge to pick your own. Just remember that--unlike during our school tours--any apples you pick are not included in the purchase of a Farmyard Pass. If you are coming out to pick apples, the first stop is to come to the Country Store to pick out the size of bag you want and pay for it. Then head out to pick apples.

Please understand that the Jumping Pillow and apple sling shot will be closed during rainy weather.

Admission

Get a Farmyard Pass for only $7.95 for ages 3 and older ($5.95 on weekdays without hayrides); sales tax included. (Prices for 2009 season.) A Farmyard Pass is not needed just to shop in our store, pick your own apples for purchase on weekdays, or enjoy our Welcome Porch.

We offer season passes. Save money by paying one low price for an entire season of visits!

We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We also accept purchase orders for tour groups.

What They're Saying

“Our family is new to the area, and your orchard is the first we have been to. My kids loved it, especially the corn pool. The whole set up was a lot of fun. We will definitely be getting season passes again next year. ”
